The process of making yellow Chinese tea is carried out in 3 stages:

• Frying in special woks.
• Drying and cooling.
• Steeping is the key point that distinguishes yellow tea from green and white. The raw materials are wrapped in parchment and stored (1-2 days) in air-conditioned rooms with a special temperature. It is the “steeping” that carries out fermentation and oxidation.
