How to brew Thalong-tea:
European method:
- Take 3–4 g of tea per 250 ml of water.
- Water temperature is 80–85°C.
- Insist for 2–3 minutes.
- Can be brewed 2–3 times.
In-glass method (direct brewing):
- Put the tea in a clear glass.
- Pour water, wait for the leaves to open, drink straight from the glass, adding water.
