How to brew Xiang Cha green tea:
Chinese method (gongfu cha):
- Take 4–5 g per 100–120 ml of gaiwan.
- Water temperature is 80–85°C.
- Rinse the first flush (3–5 seconds).
- Brew in short bursts of 10–20 seconds, up to 6–7 times.
European method:
- Take 3–4 g per 250 ml of water.
- Water temperature is 80–85°C.
- Insist for 2–3 minutes.
- Can be brewed 2–3 times.
