- Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
- Brew at 95–100°C, in short bursts of 10–15 seconds.
- Up to 8 brews
European method:
- 1 tsp per 300–400 ml
- Temperature — 95–100°C
- Infuse for 3–5 minutes
- Re-brew 2–3 times
