Da Hong Pao Premium is a refined version of one of the most famous Chinese oolongs, originating from the Wuishan Mountains (Fujian Province). Compared to standard versions, premium Da Hong Pao is made from young leaves of old bushes, undergoes more thorough processing and a longer roasting , which creates an exceptionally deep taste and rich aroma.

This tea impresses with its balance between a mineral "stone" base, smoky notes and caramelized sweetness . The aftertaste is long, rich, with a slight spiciness and pleasant warmth.

Gongfu Cha:

1. 5–6 g of tea per 100 ml of water
2. Temperature — 95–98°C
3. Rinse with boiling water (2 seconds) to release the aroma
4. Brew 6–8 times, in 10–30 second bursts

European method:

1. 1 hour l. on 350 ml of water
2. Temperature — 95–98°C
3. Infusion time — 2–3 minutes
4. Can be brewed 2–3 times
