How to brew Bai Mu Dan 357 g:

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Break off 5–6 g of tea per 100–120 ml of water
2. Temperature — 80–85°C
3. Rinse 1st flush (5 sec), then flush for 10–25 sec

European method:

1. 4–5 g per 250 ml
2. Temperature — 82–85°C
3. Steep for 3–4 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times.
