How to brew Bai Mu Dan "Morning Stars":

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take 5 g per 100–120 ml.
2. Water temperature is 80–85°C.
3. The first flush is 5 seconds (rinse), then 10–30 seconds.
4. Lasts up to 6–8 brews.

European method:

1. 3–4 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Pour in water at 82–85°C.
3. Let steep for 3–4 minutes. You can brew again.
